I like the article’s encouragement of social media use for marketing, but the author loses credibility when she spells the acronym for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act as “HIPPA”. There are no female hippos in health care. The misspelling of that important acronym is a big turn off to those in compliance, legal and other positions that might grant permission for the social media use.

Thanks again for commenting, the misspelling was an oversight and it has been revised to reflect the correct acronym. Thanks.
